Sustainability

Exploring Responsibly

Sustainability shouldn’t be an added extra. It should be part of the whole experience, from how we travel to the places we visit and the local businesses we support along the way.

We’re incredibly fortunate to have some of Ireland’s most beautiful landscapes here in Kerry and the surrounding areas, and we believe in doing our part to help protect them for generations to come.

Our approach includes using fuel-efficient hybrid or electric transport where possible and adopting eco-conscious driving practices. We also encourage digital tickets and itineraries rather than unnecessary printed materials, provide recycling facilities and minimise the use of single-use plastics wherever practical.

Respect for the landscape

Responsible tour planning is equally important. Our tours are designed with respect for the landscapes, communities and protected natural areas we visit, helping our guests enjoy these special places while leaving as little impact as possible.

We also believe sustainability means supporting the people who make these destinations special. Wherever possible, we work with and recommend local accommodation providers, cafés, attractions and independent businesses that share our commitment to responsible tourism.

It’s about making thoughtful choices without taking away from the experience, so you can discover more of Kerry while helping us look after the places that make it so special.
